I recently read this book and it was full of exciting twists and turns. Particularly, I liked Simon's traits. He was straightforward guy who meant every words. I liked the fact that even though he never admitted falling in love with Fiona, his actions spoke for himself.
The way he planted another dogwood to grace the bridge leading to her home, the flowers he bought her as he waited for her to come home from the spa, the cabinet he made for her and even the flower boxes he made just to please her even without him realizing it.
I wish all guys were like Simon.
Someone who was not afraid to say what's on their mind even though they may be afraid of the whispers of their hearts.
And I liked the steamy shower with the lavender body scrub. Just imagining the scene felt like I've gone to heaven.
